I was stumped by the last two. I picked the purple words only because they were all objects that ended in S, and I didn't recognize the blue words even after the category was revealed.

Some basketball thing. Women's National Basketball Association? I was going to guess W stood for world, but then I realized it must mean women because the NBA is basketball for men. They have to add an extra letter for women so misogynists don't buy tickets by mistake.

If they'd have said LYNX, which is the Minnesota women's basketball team, I probably would have tried to group it with the trees and elephants.
