love mini potatoes

I like to get red potatoes cut up into cubes....sweet potatoes sliced in half inch slices...tossed in olive oil, sprinkled with salt, pepper, and a bit of parsley flakes and then sealed up in foil and baked til tender...makes a pretty side dish..

sounds heavenly

Went ta the portuguese place - bought a small dinner, set it up real nice on a plate (cleared the counter) got set up to take a picture ...





and the battery's die on me! gotta recharge! Arggh!!!
