Tomatoes in my yard are nothing to write home about (so to speak). Bryan planted some heritage toms ... not very good tasting reds, cherry reds and pear shaped tiny yellows (they taste fine) and the small fist size yellows are just about ready to be collected now.
Mostly I've been enjoying the cucumber from the garden (in sandwich form).
Made pâté chinois for the gang yesterday (got Daniel, Denyse & their daughter stayin over), and Bryan stayed for supper too last night. Today Gabrielle will be entering the hospital for an operation on her foot (a 3 day hospital stay), but D & D will be back for supper later - got a roast pork thawing out as we write.
