Hiya Shas, Bob, and Dev.

The weekend was a restful/quiet one.  ;D

I landed on Friday night, in the rain.  Ugh.  I had hoped to be in Ga. by 5pm.  With rain delays, I didn't get in until about 8pm or later.

Watched some TV and had fun with the guys.

Saturday came, and spent some time by the horses.  Met Rich's and Gene's friend, Kim, and then attempted some horseback riding.  Things didn't go as planned.  LOL

Later, Rich's friend Cheryl came over, and we ate and drank and laughed and goofed around.

Sunday morning came, we said our "good-byes" to Cheryl, and then Rich & Gene had to work on the horses.  I made them the Italian dinner I promised, and we watched TV.

Monday was an early day, we met up with Kim, and then went to see Rich's horse Jaxson, and see the training facility where he is, as well as Kim's horse, Lazer.

Tuesday Rich went back to work, and I helped Gene at the stalls with the horses.  I walked them to the stalls, and helped feed them.

Did some grocery shopping with Gene, got sandwiches for lunch, and then met Rich at his job so he could see me off at the airport with Gene.

Nice, restful trip with a lot of laughs!  ;D

Thanks guys!

What do you mean, things didn't go as planned with the horseback riding?

You fell off?   :o

No Debbie, nothing that drastic.

lol

They put me on their horse, Summer.  However, Summer realized that she had someone on her who was not adept at riding, and she wouldn't really go anywhere.

I got her to the top of a hill, and she promptly stopped going.
