Well, I slept better last night, and I'm feeling a little better today than I did yesterday.

Fiona, the other surveys have a lot more questions (up to 25) and I'll consider posting them once the current one gets some more replies.

Happy Wednesday, BetterMost!!!!



I'm finally starting to feel like I'm back to normal.....whatever that is.

The past two nights, I've taken Tylenol PM Rapid Release formula to sleep.  I usually take two tylenol PMs each week night, I have sleep issues.

Well, apparently, they changed some of the ingredients for the rapid release formula, and I had crappy sleep, with dreams that kept waking me up.  Last night, I wanted to see if it was the pills that made the difference, and I went back to the usual pills.  I had no problems last night.

I don't know what they put in those new pills, but ewwwwwwwh.  Never buying those again!
