Well I am behind schedule...11 am and finally getting to my 1000+ post for the morning.

My husband is doing the Christmas thing, switching out dishes and so on. I am reading fanfic! LOL

We went and saw The Holiday yesterday. Very corny, very sweet and I loved it! Jude Law is fabulous. I give it a thumbs up but it is definitely a chick flick. Nice feel good holiday story, though, for people who like feel good.

I'm watching Heath jousting away in "A Knight's Tale" on TBS while I finish up the coffee.  What a hunk! 

Fran is now in the Top Ten!  Congrats, girl.  Katherine, you were caught napping, it seems.

People complain about that movie but I just think Heath is so adorable in it.

Interestingly, the love interest (Shannon Sossamon) was supposedly going to be "the next big thing" and they thought this movie was a launching pad to that part of her career. Obviously, it is didn't happen. She was in "The Holiday" (see my commentary earlier) but I didn't realize it was her until I read a review that commented on the fact that her career has not taken off...in contrast to Heath's. Interesting.

Speaking of Heath, we watched the Lords of Dogtown last night. I sort of enjoyed the movie (it has a good 60s and 70s rock and roll soundtrack) but the voice that Heath had...yuck! And the teeth they stuck in his mouth....ewww!!

I am in Washington DC. The wake up call told me it is 40 degrees and that is about all I know. LOL. I am assuming it is not raining or snowing or in any other way precipitating out there...
