it is a balmy 60.9 degrees here at dawn in Chez Leslie.  Today I am up early, anticipating phone calls for final negotiations on a job I am very enthusiastic about, which could very well make the holiday weekend an opportunity for celebration, but at any rate, the weather is delightful and balmy, and it is a joy to find myself anticipating summer so shortly after entering the unseasonably autumn!
