You had fish tacos Shasta?

I had one---it was DEE-licious!  :) The salad was huge.

What kind of fish was in it? I tried to make those fish tacos once and I screwed the whole thing up. They didn't really taste all that bad but I didn't do it right. I think I used the wrong kind of fish. I really don't like fish at all but Cory wanted to try them so I made them for him. :P

The Baja fish tacos at BCB are so good. I am not sure what kind of fish--it's mild and it's crunchy on the outside. Probably cod. There is a white sauce and some pico like veggies on it--in a soft tortilla.

No. We don't have Rubio's around here. What are theirs like? The only fish tacos I've had (on your recommendation) are the ones at Blue Coast Burrito which I love and crave now -- and some from our local authentic Mexican restaurant. Those I don't like too well. They are totally different. The BCB ones have chunks of crunchy fish and a white sauce. The AM ones have crumbled fish (not crunchy) with a hot reddish - brown sauce.

Yes, I prefer the white sauce (mayonnaise, or as I call it "man-aise" ::) or the wasabi man-aise if you're feeling fancy!) meeself.

It is not good to skip breakfast!  :P

Breakfast--skipped (not even a cup of coffee)   ::)
Lunch--Pizza Pro pizza, thin crust, supreme. Diet Coke. Yum!
Dinner--will be leftover pizza

Happy New Year!
