Okay, today for breakfast I think I am ready for some good old-fashioned eggs. Anybody care to join me?

Later edit: I ended up eating some muselei with banana and strawberry. Then for lunch (I had lunch with a friend) I had 3 fresh raw oysters and coconut crusted mahi mahi with rice and fruit salsa.

Then, for dinner, I had a pork chop, more rice, and asparagus. I totally pigged out! Hope to atone for it today...

Mmmm! The ham and tomato sandwich and the chicken curry and rice sound delicious Kerry! :D

Breakfast: A bowl of hot applesauce with cinnamon and a slice of toast with peanut butter on it!

Lunch: Tossed salad - lettuce, big juciy thick tomato slices, onion, celery, orange sections, radish and topped with Italian dressing.

Dinner - Haven't had it yet, but I will be frying a chicken! Probably with a baked potato, mixed vegetables and a salad on the side.

Okay, today for breakfast I think I am ready for some good old-fashioned eggs.

Well, I had my egg and turkey sausage this morning, but something really strange happened. I was putting some pepper on my egg, when the lid fell off the pepper shaker and suddenly I had a huge pile of ground pepper on my egg.  :o

The pepper shaker has a screw-on lid. I have no idea how the lid got loosened.  ???

Maybe I've got a poltergeist?  :o

Those lids will eventually work themselves loose if you don't check them from time to time. That's happened to me before too Jeff. I don't think you have any ghosts in your house. :)

But then again, you might! :o ;)

At least he has a sense of humor! I suppose it could be worse.

I'm finding out that it's rather difficult to cut carbs out of your diet, particularly in the morning!!
