I generally have cereal for breakfast; whatever's on sale -- this week it's Kix and Grape Nuts.

it vary, sometimes its, bread, butter, liver paté, or some other stuff that I can´t remember
But when you say each and every ingrediens it doesn´t sounds so good. But its the combination of the differences that makes it very delious

I usually have fresh fruit, banana/apple/orange, with some kind of preferably unsweetened cereals. And milk. Sometimes I add nuts/almonds and dried apricot.

I had some hard boiled eggs for breakfast, salad & grilled chicken for lunch, salad and soy burger for dinner.
