What did I do this week that was good for me?

The answer is, I helped my friend paint a house, and in doing so, learned about how to paint walls and ceilings, but most of all, how to prepare surfaces for painting!

And I spent beaucoup hours reading Lonesome Dove, which steeled me for different stressful events that I know are coming soon!! And, I prepared for a pleasant trip out of town. Okay that's about it!!

OK...here goes...My ideal mate likes me for who I am, understands who I've been, and is willing to wait around to see who I'll become.  H/she gets me, no instruction manual needed, encourages me, and understands that we're better people together than we could ever be separate.  Our lives are filled with open affection and happiness.  When dark days come, we support each other, unconditionally, and work as a team to get past them and back on our path together.
