I DO remember, in SOME fanfiction--not mine, not louisev's that one of them put "vasaline" on the week's list. OPretty recenttly, too.

There was another with elk lard, too...


NO: I misunderstood the joke. I thought it was as if he had said "K-Y Jell\y---what is this stuff?" In other words, he was commenting as if they had asked for a tin of mandarin oranges, or pate de fois gras, or something. Not that it didn't exist yet, but that it was out of HIS PURCHASING DOMAIN.

Thus, I thought the fact that it didn't exist yet was anachronistic...

Get it? Doesn't matter...

Ennis: I'm sorry I made ya mad Jack, I didn't mean what I said about weight watchers and not lettin' ya ride my horses anymore.  Tell ya what. Joe Agguire boards his horse at the ranch fer awhile now. Me 'n him's friendly enough now he'll let me borrow his fer next time.
