And BTW.....an old Grannie recipe here for coughs and colds....<sinus too>

HOT WATER
Fresh LEMON....<squeeze in the water>
1 tbsp of HONEY
Five or six whole cloves
A Jigger of rum/whiskey/brandy

Get under the blankies....rub some Camphor on your chest....and drink!!!
