After Marc shows the baby pic on his phone, the subs have Britt saying "I'm jealous."  Then Gregor says "Do I hear wedding bells?"  Britt: "Whose wedding bells, Limpinski?"  Gregor, looks at Kay then points to him: "You and him, of course."  Then Kay says "Jealous?"

So the subs are off again

I think she said that to let him shut up.

But it's an interesting question. How did Kay handle this with Britt?

you're probably right about her saying that to shut Gregor up.

And I think Alexander is right, they probably stayed friends.

I don't know if the subs are off. I translated the dutch subs in English (so maybe the dutch subs are off). I have to watch back to hear what they said in German.

So what's really going on there between Marc & Kay?  Kay is sort of left out, but they always have eye contact whenever they're in the same room together.  At the end of the scene, Marc finishes his champagne and looks across at Kay, who is leaving.  We talked about this a little bit a while back, but what's Marc thinking when he looks over at Kay and sees him leaving?  

The next scene is the baby bath, then the road fight    I hate that.  But then Marc is cleaning up the paint and can't breathe, can't get Kay out of his mind, and tells Bettina he's suffocating.

But we know afterwards she doesn't care if he's gay since at the party, Gregor complains about how Kay shows up and Britt says that "We're not all homophobic as you guys', and Gregor asks 'How's it like to be with a fag?" and she responds 'Great, jealous?".

You are right, at that time she didn't care (probably she was over it).
But right after Kay's coming out she was sad, did you see her face when they were all together in the police van?

I don't think she is crying.  She's sad, for sure, but I don't see tears on her face.
