Just curious, but in the scene in the rain where Marc and Kay were messing around, did Hanno & Max really take off their shorts? I couldn't exactly tell if they did or not since the camera was zooming in on them.

hi all. i've just discovered this thread and have been reading some of the comments. the ones about the love scenes particularly struck a chord with me because i had some issues with those as well. in their first love scene, i agree with the comments that it was too quick, altho i can see Marc being nervous and horny and scared and freaked and horny and not wanting to turn it into a big teenage make-out scene. still, i did think one kiss and then slamming kay into the car was a bit over-the-top, but kay seemed to like it. one of my favorite stills from the whole movie is Kay's face, the sun lighting him up and that beautiful, satisfied smile, when Marc first spins him around. i also love his expressions as they make love and it's obvious it hurts some but he mans-up and takes it. my thoughts about this scene were that maybe when Marc called him, he decided to be proactive and lubed up ahead of time just in case?? even if he had, his facial expressions would still make sense.

as for the love scene in his bed, i also think it was rushed and that didn't work for me as well this time because of all the kissing. they kissed very passionately but didn't do anything else at all??? and then marc again flips him over and three seconds later he's done?? no lube, no prep, no stamina, and no other foreplay that we can see besides the kissing. since they are obviously taking their time and both very into it, this doesn't really fly for me. i think they probably left something on the editing room floor that we should've seen. lets hope for more deleted scenes to fill in the blanks.
