I got the three first words without any hint. After that it became more difficult, even though I got the theme.
What the fuck is gadzooks?
And jeepers??
And fudge? I've only heard that as a candy, never a swearword.

English is a strange language.....

Those are not swear words at all; rather, they are euphemisms for swear words.

"Gadzooks" is kinda like "aha!" an expression of surprise. (from "god's hooks")

"Jeepers" is the same, instead of saying "Jesus".  There's an old song:  "Jeepers, creepers, where'd you get those peepers?  Jeepers, creepers, where'd you get those eyes?"

"Fudge" is simply a euphemism for f$ck.

Cat's cradle is : a game played with a string looped on the fingers so as to resemble a small cradle.



Cat's pajamas:  is like the bees' knees, that is, the ultimate, the best, something wonderful.
