I didn't get any but the yellow! I think the purple category was hovering in my subconscious -- after all, I can practically sing
The Sound of Music start to finish, word for word, without help from the actual movie. But I didn't pay my subconscious enough attention. Even though I lost, I'll admit it was a pretty good one.

This was actually really good because I have a friend whose last name is Force, and today is his birthday! I posted a spoiler on his FB page around 4:30 p.m., giving people time to do it themselves. No way I could resist that!
Slate just ran this article about a Wordle strategy in which you always guess the same four words, which together use almost all the letters. Then just take the green and yellow letters and unscramble them to make a word. Apparently even children use it.
https://slate.com/culture/2024/03/wordle-connections-nyt-hint-word-new-york-times.htmlInteresting, but I'm not going to do that. For one thing, it seems like it would feel perfunctory and quickly boring -- you're basically doing a scrambled-word puzzle, not a Wordle. Also, the person who does this has almost all 5/6s, because they guess all four words without trying to guess the word while doing it. So they have far fewer 4/6s, 3/6s and even 2/6s than I have.
