Hello Bettermost friends!

So who has plans for the weekend?

Tonight is a small shopping trip to get a game I played at a friend's house called "Apples to Apples" that gave us quite a few laughs.

Tomorrow is a birthday party with friends.

Sunday is mother's day with the family, and I believe we'll be playing "Apples to Apples".

As you all know, I can never get "serious" cards, I have to get funny ones.  So for my sister-in-law I got a mother's day card with an egg-beater on it, and the beater is covered in chocolate cake batter.  On the outside it says:

"Good mothers let their kids lick the cake batter off the beaters."

On the inside it says.

"Great mothers turn the beaters off first!"

 

The one I got my mom says on the front:

"Happy mother's day to the world's most perfect mother."

Inside it says:

"You must be.....I mean, look how great I turned out!"

Hello Bettermost friends!

Yeah, I feel grumpy today!  LOL  Not enough sleep last night, the room was a little too warm for my tastes, and it was too early to install the air conditioner, so I made due with a fan, but the room didn't feel cool enough.

Hope that everyone had a great mother's day!  We had fun at my place, so that was cool.

I may be scarce around here the next few weeks, do not panic, I'm not going anywhere.

A new person has been hired, so later on my workload will be lighter.  Yaaaaaaaaaaay!  However I've been asked to be the one to train her.  ugh!  

So obviously, I can't train someone and be online on DCF and BetterMost, so you may not see me as often.  No worries, I'll pop in when I can during the workday.  Otherwise, you'll see me after work.
