sorry for the delay, folks... but I am on what is turning out to be a rather high pressure course leading to an exam this afternoon, but it all ends in a few hours, so bear with me... I probably won't get anything out tonight but the weekend looks promising!

Well the test is over, and I think I did okay on it, and we won't know for 2 weeks but I passed the mock exam (which I found harder) so I think everything is okay.

And I am home now and relaxing and enjoying a quick dinner, getting used to having internet again!

Lose hope?  Never!   ;)

SPOILERS

What a funny, sweet chapter.  I can picture the English cook ("The Galloping Gourmet" ?) getting on Colson's nerves.  LOL! And how cute that Edna spices up Ellery's potato salad.  Nice of Lauren to offer help; he sure is determined to have that reception, isn't he?  Poor Ellery, thinking Colson is pining for company, and Colson just wants to get back to his damn book.

Ahh, well - too many mommas are better than no momma's at all, Colson.

Thanks, Louise!
Marie

oh and just in case you're wondering what I am doing over the looong weekend - I haven't got one!

I am hard at work this morning (well, after I finish my coffee) and I MOVED yesterday!  see my blog for details.  My landlord in Marshfield was getting ready to lease the house and I got busy and found a new home!

Hi everyone,
While waiting for more updates, I decided to start at the beginning of this thread & try eddicate myself more on the Greenlea Tales. (I've only been around for a few months) I notice mention of an E&E thread which I wanted to check out but I am not sure if maybe it's name had to change or maybe it had to be purged cause it was Laramie related. Does it still exist in some form? and if so, where?? I have such huge gaps in the saga waiting for the original stuff to be reposted I found that reading the early discussions on this thread helps me understand some of the new stuff better.

I know it's no ones fault that the originals are no longer available but it's like trying to appreciate all of Harry Potter when you only have access to Books 1, 2 & 6, you know??

These Greenlea folks have got me good!!  ;)

Thanks for any help with this,
Fran
