I have sleep issues too, Chuck.  Tylenol PM never worked for me.  Exedrin PM has always worked beautifully.

More recently, I've been taking an herbal supplement called NightRest by Source Naturals, and that works super-well for me too.  (I feel better about taking that, so I'm not taking acetominophen when I don't need it.)

I hate having sleep issues!  Grrrrrrrrrr.

I've never heard of "NightRest"....I'll have to look into that!

Chuck, I can't take those PM products. I don't know what is in them but they put me into a depression the following day or two.

Really?  I've never had that problem.  I feel very rested after taking them when I wake in the morning.

*Does happy dance*

Summer's almost over!

Fall is my favorite season!  Cool, crisp air, leaves changing color, pumpkin picking, holiday season about to start!

;D

You are one crazy person Chuckie! ;D
But you're not alone. I've often wondered why in hell for so many people fall is their favorite season. Will never understand it. In those "getting to know you" questionnaires, most people say fall.

 :o ???

What? Fall is by far the worst season! Simply because summer is my favorite. I love the heat, the sun and the loooong daylight hours. Days in the 90ies are the best ones for me.

So to me fall means this is all over now, and it's such a long, long time till the next summer comes :(. I can take winter and I also love spring because it bears the promise of summer. But fall? Everything is getting cold and dark and grey - urgh :P.

Is everyone ready for summer to come to an end?

Not this summer -- I want to do it over and sit in the shade all day.   ;)

Ugh.....I hate the summmer......heat, humidity, sunburns, mosquitoes, wasps & hornets, power shortages, blah blah blah....

But you do have a point there, summer has its drawbacks.  Actually, I like the time from September 1 to December 1 the best.  I'd be ready for that if I could slow down and enjoy it.

I like the third week of October, and the third and forth week of April, and sometimes the first week of May.
