I think I see a trend. The trend is that they are getting more and more difficult. Either that, or I am becoming more and more stupid
Me too, and I'm a lifelong American. Today I got blue but missed all the others because they're becoming too obscure. I've never heard of a spy called an ASSET or SLEEPER. I guess now that I think of it I've heard of sleeper cell, but usually those two words together. I didn't know poetry had a FOOT.
So when that happens, and they don't fit with other words (FOOT and METER, for example) I don't know what to do. If I spot two names of video games, I can usually pick out which others might be names of video games and google to check. But I'm thinking if I googled "foot" I'd have to go through quite a few definitions before I got to part a poem. An ASSET, too, might be any number of different things but spy is not going to be high on the list.
However, admittedly if I reverse googled it, recognized MOLE as spy and not an animal or a Mexican sauce, and google "spy" I see both ASSET and SLEEPER.
