Thanks to this discussion I actually wore a skirt to work today that looks very similar to Lois'. It's roomier and less immobilizing than you might think. Mine also has some stretch.

Me too.  However, the wiki page for "Mrs. Wiggins" (yes, there is one) suggests Mr. Tudball has a mock-Romanian accent!
