Doris Day, Rock Hudson, and Tony Randall.

I keep noticing the weird innuendo and physical positioning of the stars in these posters.

This was the last completed film for both Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe. On the last day of filming, Clark Gable said, "Christ, I'm glad this picture's finished. She [Monroe] damn near gave me a heart attack." The next day, Gable suffered a massive heart attack; he died 11 days later.  Monroe died of a drug overdose a year later.

Gary Cooper's last movie (he died in May, 1961) and apparently, not very good.

Critic Jonathan Rosenbaum has characterized this film and the other Doris Day/Rock Hudson outings (Pillow Talk, Send Me No Flowers) as "hypocritical".
