I love when you can get breakfast any time of day.

Me, too. For many years I used to have "breakfast" for "dinner" one night a week. The only difference was I would add a salad to the breakfast foods. Gotta have those greens!  :)

Today my food intake has been pretty pathetic.

I had coffee and a (free) donut for breakfast and a Special K protein bar and tea for lunch.  Totally sad.  I'll have to vow to eat real food for dinner...

breakfast was cheerios

lunch was a salad with grilled chicken

dinner was hot dog with potatos


Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''

Breakfast  Home made Banana and Choc chip muffins and obligatory 3 cups of strong black coffee
Lunch       Cereal and yoghurt, orange
Dinner      tuna and corn fritters with salad
Supper     another orange and a couple of slices of toast with marmite
