Well, I can say what
wasn't for breakfast this morning: whole wheat toast.
In this heat and humidity, I found that half a loaf of whole whear bread that I had in my kitchen had gone moldy.
I could have picked the moldy areas off the bread--I've done that in the past--but I just didn't feel like it. Fortunately, I also had some whole wheat bagels in the house, and they were fine. A toasted whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, a banana, and coffee makes a fine breakfast.
