Elle, suburban soccer moms was the only one I wavered about (didn't come close on any of the others). Finally I decided it meant, do I particularly like suburban soccer moms -- as in, do I prefer them to urban baseball moms or rural hockey moms or small-town football dads. I like all area/sport/parental figures equally.

The only republican I think I could ever have voted for would have been Lincoln.

Again, the soccer mom thing.  Lots of Democratic soccer moms around here.
Massachusetts is a strange place.  Overwhelmingly Democratic, but we just had 16 years of Republican governors!  But, they're the kind who get booed off the stage of the Republican National Convention for being too liberal!

Until today, that is...Deval Patrick is expected to win big. First African-American governor in Mass.

tried the conservative/liberal questionaire - found it far too american in scope (don't know nothin about vouchers or no child left behind policies + there's a whole lotta difference between american & canadian immigration policies)
