Been sick ... the 24 hour flu, part deux. Hope it's finished now, but I'm famished and not sure what I should eat.

Bryan's suppose to be over some time today

And tomorrow, Daniel & Gabriell are expected in the evening.

Of course, as you'd expect, since I'm at the toilet every 5 minutes (well I was yesterday & the day before), the toilet's not working properly, and now I've lost a part in the mechanism, so I'll have to take a walk to Canadian Tire (Canadian equivalet to Home Depot.)

Roland,

be sure and post today when you can so we know you are ok. Maybe Bryan can help you with your plumbing problem? You don't need to be doing that when you aren't feeling well.

Brian posponed his visit till tomorrow ... says he agrees with me that the whole innards might need to be replaced. Isd hoping that Daniel will have a clue about these things. (I think Mima might be a bigger help, or maybe, we should just call in a plummer.)

I'm better today - feeling better, but I'm still not 'regular'.

Had an apple after the morning toast and orange juice.

More orange juice since then, ginger ale, soup (Lipton) with a couple more slice a toast, then cookies.

It's all going through my system rather fast - no blockage, so it's also coming in a fluid form (just now, since my last post).

Thinking of trying (some) leftover roast beef for supper ...

The portuguese people have reopened for busines, but I'm afraid their chicken might be too greesy for my delicate condition

no no!! Nothing spicy! the roast beef sounds good...breads are good too.

Poor Roland. Wish I could bring you some good homemade stew and fresh bread...

hey, Lee

I know you don't usually go into the Store so I thought you might like to see this pic. the boys played an awful trick on this poor little filly. They went down and got her and her momma from the pasture where she was born...she pranced along with those little teacup hooves and her lil squirrel tail straight up in the air...all excited to be going on this BIG adventure!! They led the two of them into a stall....turned her momma around and led her out but wouldn't let her follow!! She is all trapped!

poor baby!

I don't think she liked that trick at all.
