My project is done.

Wednesday is the start of Lent, and one of my coworkers and I decided that along with our usual habits for Lent (giving food to the poor) we're going to kick our diets and exercise into gear.

I spent this eveing setting up a workout schedule that keeps track of what exercising I'm doing, but at the same time kind of randomizes it so there is no set pattern.

;D

I'm also cutting all snacks out, only eating at meal time for Lent.  However, I'm starting fresh on this tomorrow, and not waiting for Wednesday.

Happy Hump day!

Closing in on the weekend, anyone have good plans?  I don't, yet, but I'm working on it!  :laugh






No new weight lost, but I expected that.  After losing 4 pounds in 1 day, I figured the scale wouldn't budge today.  May not budge tomorrow either.

Today's travel destination:

Fes El Bali, Fez, Morocco.


Fez's Old Town, Fes el Bali, with its dye pits and other tightly packed exotic sights, is best seen with a local Fassi guide.  Even they sometimes lose their way amid the maze of narrow streets lined with merchants selling spices, carpets, and housewares in a scene out of Ali Baba.
