Littlewing, beautiful resolution to Part 1! Thanks for portraying the gentle intimacy and loving reassurance between Jack and Ennis.

But rather than come right out and ask, Jack reached behind his lover and patted him, caressed and rubbed his tender buttocks.  Ennis was moved at the gesture.  He held Jack’s head in his hands, and seemed to read his mind.  “I’m okay, Rodeo.”  Jack smiled and settled into his lover’s arms.

Awwww, Littlewing, the sweet afterplay. I don't think Ennis minded Jack's voracity too much. Apparently, 'ol Ennis woke up in a horny frenzy!

Forgive me Susiebaby! You're younger that I am, what are you taking about?!

Whenever you call or beckon to me,
I’ll come to you quite readily.
Call me!  I’ll travel on the wings of the wind
To be with you! You're my love, my friend.

Welcome me with arms flung wide,
You’re my shame, my hurt, my hope and pride!
Or follow me across time, beyond the mountain's steep
To love me here, among the sheep.
Marie, this is one of the finest Brokeback-related poems I have seen. You do have a flair for poetry, and poems are the rarest genre among fanfic/slash writing, so I would strongly encourage you to create even more along these lines.

Thanks, and congratulations!

Thanks, Moremojo!  Hey, babe, where have you been?  I've been missing you.   :)  And I must say, your kind words are such a comfort to me!  I've had such a crappy day, and to come home and read something so sweet and encouraging?  I can't tell you what this means to me.  You have given me the courage to really reach inside of myself and write more poetry inspired by our boys.  :)  I owe Dagi a poem!

Thanks again, Moremojo!

Ah beautiful follow up littlewing!  The first part was all raging animal lust, this part, sweet tender love ... the perfect combination.

Susie

Thanks, Susie.  I though Part 2 should be easy, lazy, loving.  I hope I achieved what I set out to do.

Unspoken by Littlewing1957

Dagi, Moremojo, this one is for you

From the very first moment
Of the very first touch,
To the last of his kisses
Sweet words and such!
The words of love unspoken,
The burden of a heart broken!
If only he understood!
Love? I can’t say it!
I wish I could!
