Hiya BetterMost friends.
Hope that everyone had a great weekend!
Friday night I did some shopping, Saturday I baked for the bbq, and then went to the bbq and had a great time. However, I drank a little too much for me. I don't mean I was drunk, I don't do that any more, unless I'm in a location where I'm not leaving. However, for some reason, alcohol affects my sleep patterns, so what I did have threw my body off, and I couldn't sleep Saturday night, and I was tired all day Sunday. I tried to nap but it didn't work.
Slept well last night, however, and I'm alert for work!
Today's Travel Destination:
Land's End, Cornwall, England.
Often called the "toe" of England, this southernmost and westermost pont has a distinctive flavor and craggy coastal beauty. The official name of the promontory tip is Penwith, but the ancient Cornish called it Pen von Laz, meaning "end of the earth," and the name endures.
