. . .
Maybe Jeremy needs a shed too!  :D

Yeah, a shed with Nicky in it  ;D  (Can you tell I've got Nicky on my mind?)

a short but nonetheless significant chapter:

"The Chesterfield Fortune: 7"

http://louisev.livejournal.com/218178.html

SPOILER

Significant is right.  Very nice to see the positive developments in Paula and Ellery's relationship - and that the changes are coming from both sides.  Always a treat to watch Chief Deputy Cantrell in action and be reminded of why he is the Chief Deputy.  Not to mention the bonus of watching Ellery "caress" his wedding ring and so naturally refer to his "husband."  Ahhh....

Great stuff.  Thanks, Louise.

“Mr. Coyote always gets me good, boy,”  Ellery said, winking.  “Almost forgot what life was like before I got me my own personal coyote.”

more complicated things!

http://louisev.livejournal.com/218688.html

Geez, Louise - you ain't kiddin' about more complicated.  Do you have a flow chart for this story?   ;D  Tangled webs of all kinds. There's so many possibilities about what we'll see next - I'm can't even hazard a guess.

Thanks,
Marie

muah hahahaha

Update!

http://louisev.livejournal.com/218972.html

SPOILER

Why, you evil little Louise, you!     If memory serves, Ray is the creepy lumbermill guy.  Uh Oh.  Or maybe not?  Might mean nothing at all.  Hmmm...  Poor Jeremy!  I have a feeling he is in for a very hard time when he gets back to the office.  I really like Joe and the way he handles things.  But it's not going to be an easy conversation between Jeremy and Sheriff Wes.   (But it did make my heart go pitter-patter when Jeremy mentioned that he needed to call Nicky  ;D -  what a considerate little Sweet Thing.   :) )

More, please!

Thanks,
Marie

Well, I'm finally caught up again and I really love this new story, it's great!  :)
I have already missed all the guys quite a bit, so thanks a lot, Louise!

SPOILER

I wonder what it is with Jeremy at the moment? I think he's right to feel something's wrong there, but he also seems to be out of his normal self in a way. (Or maybe it's just me and I have not read anything with Jeremy for a too long time?  ;) )
And I am so worried about Lance. Not because I am too much of a fan of Lance, but because everything with Ray really gives me the creeps. He made quite an impression on me when he last appeared.

Oh, and I'm looking forward to maybe seeing some Nicky soon (or at least hearing him on the phone).  ;D
