What happened? I had to use a cold pack on my back when it was strained. That's what the DR. told me to do anyway. I just moved and it went out tho. Nothing extreme. Makes me so mad to do that!

I had a mishap with an onery horse a little over a year ago.
My back was really messed up to the point they wanted to fuse things together.
I decided I would go to a Chiopractor first. glad I did. He fixed me up right as rain in 3 visits.
This is the first problem I have had since then. It's a doozy but geting better.
You're right Shasta, the cold helps! I have been icing it down and alternating with a little heat but the ice reallly does the most good IMHO!!  ;)

You guys probably won't see me around much this weekend.

My computer wonked out on me last night, it was hit by a Trojan, and my security scan found more Trojans on it later.

I had to shut down, and I've disconnected it, and will take it to a repair place today, to see what they can do.


I was worried what information they may have gotten, so I cancelled my ATM card, and placed a freeze on my checking and savings accounts, so that I can protect the money I have.
